AJJ Muscoth Halwa is built on the tradition of handcrafted, fresh‑to‑order sweets and savouries. Every item is prepared with care and packed especially for you. As such, we have a strict no‑cancellation and no‑return policy for all products once an order is placed.

We understand that plans can change, but because our products are perishable and made fresh, we are unable to accommodate cancellations, exchanges, or returns. Please double‑check your cart before checkout.

Why we cannot accept cancellations or returns:

• All items are freshly prepared after you place your order – we don’t hold stock.
• Once an order is confirmed, production begins immediately to ensure freshness.
• Food safety and hygiene standards prevent us from accepting returned edible items.
• We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or taste preferences.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will investigate and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement – but we do not provide cash refunds or accept returns.
