We encourage you to review your order carefully before finalising it. If you have any questions about ingredients, allergens, or shelf life, please reach out to our support team before placing your order. We are happy to help you make an informed choice.

Reasons we do not offer refunds:

• All products are perishable and made fresh, so we cannot accept returns.
• Each item is prepared using traditional methods – taste and texture are guaranteed only when consumed fresh.
• We do not resell returned food items due to hygiene and safety standards.
• Orders are custom‑packed with care; we are not responsible for change of mind or incorrect selection.

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will review your case and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit – but never a cash refund.
